Disclosed are detergent compositions comprising and alkyl ethoxy carboxylate component and a polyhydroxy fatty acid amide component. The detergent compositions of the present invention possess improved cleaning and sudsing properties and exhibit enhanced mildness to the skin. Also disposed is a method for cleaning soiled dishes by treating said dishes with the detergent compositions disclosed herein.

Ces compositions possèdent des propriétés nettoyantes et moussantes améliorées et sont plus douces pour la peau.
