The present invention provides detergent compositions comprising one or more anionic sulfate or sulfonate surfactants: one or more polyhydroxy fatty acid amides having formula (I), wherein R1 is H, a C1-C4 hydrocarbyl, 2-hydroxy ethyl, 2-hydroxy propyl, or mixtures thereof, R2 is a C5-C31 hydrocarbyl, and Z is a polyhydroxyhydrocarbyl having a linear hydrocarbyl chain with at least 3 hydroxyl groups directly connected to the chain, or an alkoxylated derivative thereof; and a critically selected suds enhancing agent. The present invention also provides for a method for cleaning soiled dishes by treating said dishes with the detergent compositions disclosed herein.
Compositions détergentes renfermant un ou plusieurs sulfates ou sulfonates anioniques surfactifs; un ou plusieurs amides d'acides gras polyhydroxylés de formule (I), où R1 est H ou un groupe hydrocarboné C1-C4, 2-hydroxyéthyle, 2-hydroxypropyle, ou un mélange de ceux-ci, R2 est un groupe hydrocarboné C5-C31, et Z est un groupe polyhydroxyhydrocarboné à chaîne hydrocarbonée linéaire, avec au moins 3 hydroxyles liés directement à la chaîne, ou un dérivé alcoxylé de ce groupe; et un agent soigneusement choisi, améliorant le moussage. L'invention présente également une méthode pour nettoyer la vaisselle à l'aide de ces compositions.
