Detergent compositions are disclosed, comprising a polyhydroxy fatty acid amide surfactant of formula (I), wherein R1 is H, C1-C4 hydrocarbyl, 2-hydroxy ethyl, 2-hydroxy propyl or a mixture thereof, R2 is C5-C31 hydrocarbyl and Z is a polyhydroxyhydrocarbyl having a linear hydrocarbyl chain with at least 3 hydroxyls connected directly to said chain, or alkoxylated derivatives thereof and a clay-softening system.
On divulgue des compositions de détergent, comprenant un surfactant d'amide d'acide gras polyhydroxylé de formule (I), où R1 correspond à H, à un hydrocarbyle en C1-C4, à un 2-hydroxyéthyle, à un 2-hydroxypropyle ou à un mélange de ces derniers, R2 est un hydrocarbyle en C5-C31 et Z est un polyhydroxyhydrocarbyle à chaîne hydrocarbyle linéaire portant au moins 3 hydroxyles liés directement à ladite chaîne, ou des dérivés alcoxylés de ces dernières et un système d'adoucissement à base d'argile.
