Detergents composition, especially liquid dishwashing detergents, are prepared using mixtures of N-alkoxy or N-aryloxy polyhydroxy fatty acid amide surfactants in combination with alkoxylated carboxylate surfactants. Thus, C12-C16 ethoxylated alkyl carboxylates are combined with palm fatty acid amides of N-(3-methoxypropyl) glucamine to provide compositions which are characterized by their high emulsification properties and low interfacial tensions in aqueous media. The particularly are particularly useful for removing greasy soils from fabrics or hard surfaces such as dishware, glassware and other cooking utensils.

On prépare des compositions détergentes, particulièrement des détergents liquides de lavage de vaisselle, au moyen de mélanges de tensioactifs d'amides d'acides gras N-alkoxy ou N-aryloxy combinés à des tensioactifs de carboxylate alkoxylé. De ce fait, des carboxylates d'alkyle C12-C16 alkoxylé sont combinés à des amides d'acides gras de palme de N-(3-méthoxyprophyle) glucamine, de façon à obtenir des compositions caractérisées par un important pouvoir émulsifiant et par des tensions interfaciales basses dans des milieux aqueux. Les compositions sont particulièrement efficaces pour supprimer des taches graisseuses de tissus ou de surfaces dures, telles que de la vaisselle, de la verrerie et d'autres ustensiles de cuisine.
