Methods and kits for measurement of concentration of FK778 in a biological sample by means of an immunoassay, preferably a competitive immunoassay. In one aspect, the method and kit involve the use of (a) an antibody to FK778 conjugated to a label, e.g., an acridinium label, (b) an antibody to FK778 not conjugated to a label, (c) a solid phase containing an antibody to a first hapten, e.g., a fluorescein hapten, and (d) a bihapten comprising a first hapten and FK778 or an analogue of FK778, e.g., a bihapten comprising a fluorescein hapten and a FK778 hapten. In another aspect, the method and kit involve the use of (a) antibody to FK778, (b) a bihapten comprising FK778 or an analogue of FK778 and a first hapten, e.g., a bihapten comprising the fluorescein hapten and the hapten of FK778 or an analogue of FK778, and (c) a pretreatment reagent.
L'invention porte sur des méthodes et des trousses de mesure de la concentration du FK778 dans un échantillon biologique au moyen d~un immunoessai de préférence du type compétitif. Selon un aspect, la méthode et la trousse impliquent l~utilisation de: (a) un anticorps anti FK778 conjugué à un marqueur par exemple un marqueur d~acridinium, (b) un anticorps anti FK778 non conjugué à un marqueur, (c) une phase solide contenant un anticorps anti premier haptène par exemple un haptène de fluorescéine, et (d) un bihaptène comprenant un premier haptène et le FK778 ou un analogue du FK778, par exemple un bihaptène comprenant un haptène de fluorescéine et un haptène de FK778. Selon un autre aspect, la méthode et la trousse impliquent l~utilisation de: (a) un anticorps anti FK778, (b) un bihaptène comprenant le FK778 ou un analogue du FK778 et un premier haptène, par exemple. un bihaptène comprenant le haptène de fluorescéine et le haptène de FK778 ou d'un analogue du FK778, et (c) un réactif de prétraitement.
