The invention concerns a device for determining data on auditory capacity, the device having preferably non-contact means for measuring vibrations of the middle-ear ossicles (22, 23, 24) and/or the tympanic membrane (21) by means of electromagnetic waves. The electromagnetic waves used for the measurement are input by means of a microscope (3), in particular an optical microscope (3). This microscope can be modular in design, and a module (5) can be provided for the input of a laser beam (9). The invention also concerns a method of determining data on auditory capacity, the method calling for the vibration of the middle ear and/or the eardrum to be measured by means of electromagnetic waves and, from the measurement signals thus obtained, the contributions to the total signal by the middle ear and/or the eardrum determined in at least one processing step.
L'invention concerne un dispositif destiné à déterminer des données sur la capacité auditive. Ce dispositif met en oeuvre des moyens permettant de mesurer, de préférence sans contact, les vibrations se propageant sur les osselets (22, 23, 24) de l'oreille moyenne et/ou de la membrane (21) du tympan, à l'aide d'ondes électromagnétiques. Pour injecter les ondes électromagnétiques utilisées à cet effet, on a recours à un microscope (3), notamment un microscope optique (3). Ce microscope peut être de conception modulaire, un module (5) pouvant être prévu pour l'injection d'un rayon laser (9). L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de détermination de données sur la capacité auditive, selon lequel on effectue une mesure des vibrations se propageant dans l'oreille moyenne et/ou sur la membrane du tympan au moyen d'ondes électromagnétiques et on détermine à partir des signaux de mesure obtenus, et au moins en une étape d'évaluation, les proportions du signal global attribuées à l'oreille moyenne et/ou à l'oreille interne.
