Provided herein are substituted aminoglycidyl compounds of Formula (1), processes of preparation, and pharmaceutical compositions thereof and methods of their use for treating, preventing, or ameliorating one or more symptoms of a social anxiety disorder, an anxiety disorder, hyperthyroidism, tremor, glaucoma, hypertension, coronary artery bypass graft, chronic stable angina, atrial arrhythmia, migraine, bleeding esophageal varices, hypertrophic subaortic stenosis, heart failure, post-myocardial infarction, decreased left ventricular function after recent myocardial infarction, and/or any disorder ameliorated by beta adrenergic receptor modulators.

L'invention concerne des composés d'aminoglycidyle substitués de formule (1), leurs procédés de préparation et des compositions pharmaceutiques à base de ces composés ainsi que leur utilisation pour traiter, prévenir ou atténuer un ou plusieurs symptômes d'une affection telle qu'un trouble d'anxiété sociale, un trouble anxieux, un hyperthyroïdisme, le tremblement, le glaucome, l'hypertension, une affection liée à un pontage aortocoronarien par greffe, l'angor stable chronique, l'arythmie auriculaire, la migraine, les varices oesophagiennes saignantes, la sténose sous-aortique hypertrophique, l'insuffisance cardiaque, le syndrome post-infarctus du myocarde, l'altération de la fonction ventriculaire gauche après infarctus du myocarde récent, et/ou un trouble quelconque atténué par les modulateurs des récepteurs bêta-adrénergiques.
