ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A developer composition is disclosed which is characterized by containing two binding resinous materials (A) and (B). The material (B) is a resinous material having a glass transition temperature higher than 40°C. The material (B) is incompatible with the material (A). Material (B) has a polar functional group capable of interacting with the polar functional group of material (A). The developer may also contain a fine magnetic powder in an amount of 20 to 80% by weight based on the total weight of the developer composition.
