A device for manufacturing a three-dimensional product, which device comprises a work table on which said tree-dimensional product is to be built, a powder dispenser which is arranged to lay down a thin layer of powder on the work table for the formation of a powder bed, a ray gun for giving off energy to the powder whereby fusion of the powder takes place, members for controlling of the beam released by the ray gun across said powder bed for the formation of a cross section of said three-dimensional product through fusion of parts of said powder bed, and a controlling computer in which information about successive cross sections of the three-dimensional product is stored, which cross sections build the three-dimensional product, the controlling computer intended to control said members for guiding the ray gun across the powder bed according to a running schedule forming a cross section of said three- dimensional body, whereby said three-dimensional product is formed by successive fusion of successively formed cross sections from powder layers successively laid down by the powder dispenser.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de fabrication d'un produit tridimensionnel, lequel dispositif comprend une table de travail sur laquelle le produit tridimensionnel doit être construit, un distributeur de poudre, agencé pour déposer une fine couche de poudre sur la table de travail, aux fins de formation d'un lit de poudre, un canon à rayons destiné à donner de l'énergie à la poudre, afin de produire la fusion de la poudre, des éléments de commande du faisceau libéré par le canon à travers le lit de poudre servant à la formation d'une section du produit tridimensionnel par le biais de la fusion d'éléments de ce lit de poudre, ainsi qu'un ordinateur de commande, dans lequel des informations relatives aux sections successives du produit tridimensionnel sont stockées, lesquelles sections constituent le produit tridimensionnel, cet ordinateur étant conçu pour commander les éléments de guidage du canon à rayons à travers le lit de poudre en fonction d'un calendrier de course des rayons, aux fins de formation d'une section de corps tridimensionnel, de sorte que l'on forme le produit tridimensionnel à l'aide d'une fusion successive de sections formées de manière successive à partir de couches de poudre déposées successivement par le distributeur de poudre.
