The invention is directed to a device and a method for carrying out experiments of chemical, biochemical, biological and physical analysis, reaction and assay employing a reaction unit, in a preferred embodiment comprising: a capillarity reaction chamber, non-capillarity zone and bottom structure, which can use capillary action to quantitatively take up by itself and hold liquid in the reaction chamber. A multi-unit plate, which contains a number of reaction units on a plate frame, can be used for parallel experiments in conjunction with reservoir plate, waster pad, and liquid transfer guider.
L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé permettant d'effectuer des expériences d'analyse, de réaction et de dosage chimiques, biochimiques, biologiques et physiques au moyen d'une unité de réaction qui, dans un mode de réalisation préféré comprend: une chambre de réaction capillaire, une zone non capillaire et une structure de fond, qui peut utiliser une action capillaire pour prendre de manière quantitative et autonome et pour contenir un liquide dans la chambre de réaction. Une plaque à unités multiples qui contient un certain nombre d'unités sur une structure de plaque peu être utilisée pour des expériences en parallèle avec une plaque réservoir, un tampon de rebut et des guides de transfert de liquide.
