The invention concerns a device and method for controlling an equipment (1) comprising a plurality of subassemblies and provided with a storage unit (2) storing at least one set of data concerning said subassemblies, a link (5) being set up to extract said set of coded data. The invention is characterized in that it consists in recording in a first file on a recording medium (79 said set of data received via said link (5), then in determining from at least a second file (8) previously recorded on the recording medium (7) the coding characteristics to identify said data; in analyzing the content of the first file using said characteristics, and recording the thus obtained result in a third file on the recording support (7).
L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé de contrôle d'un équipement (1) comportant une pluralité de sous-ensembles et muni d'une unité de stockage (2) stockant au moins un ensemble d'informations relatives auxdits sous- ensembles, une liaison (5) étant mise en AEuvre pour extraire ledit ensemble d'informations codées. Selon l'invention, on enregistre dans un premier fichier sur un support d'enregistrement (7) ledit ensemble d'informations reçu au moyen de ladite liaison (5), puis on détermine à partir d'au moins un deuxième fichier préalablement enregistré (8) sur le support d'enregistrement (7) les caractéristiques du codage pour identifier ces informations. On analyse le contenu du premier fichier en utilisant lesdites caractéristiques, et on enregistre le résultat ainsi obtenu dans un troisième fichier sur le support d'enregistrement (7).
