The invention relates to a device (1) and a method for the distribution of two mutually immiscible liquids for mass-transfer and heat-exchange columns, comprising at least one distributor channel (4) or a distributor channel arrangement, the distributor channel being fed from a collection device arranged above the same via at least one inlet (6) having one or more liquids in various phases (12a, 12b), and the distributor channel having overflow orifices and/or outlet orifices (8a, 8b) for distributing the liquids. The device according to the invention is distinguished in that the distributor channel (4) has at least one internal (2) for phase separation of the liquid and in that, for each of the phases to be separated, separate outlet and/or overflow orifices (8a, 8b) are provided, whose cross section and/or liquid head are arranged as a function of the physical properties of the liquid in such a manner that a homogeneous distribution of the liquids according to predetermined phase fractions is achieved.
L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) et un procédé de répartition de deux liquides non miscibles, destinés aux colonnes de transfert de matière et d'échange thermique. Ce dispositif comprend au moins un canal de distribution (4) ou un système canal de distribution. Le canal de distribution est alimenté en au moins un liquide en différentes phases (12a, 12b) provenant d'un dispositif collecteur placé au-dessus du canal de distribution par au moins un dispositif d'amenée (6). Le canal de distribution présente des orifices d'évacuation et/ou de trop-plein (8a, 8b) destinés à la répartition des liquides. Le dispositif selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que le canal de distribution (4) présente au moins un insert (2) destiné à la séparation des phases du liquide et en ce que des orifices d'évacuation et/ou de trop-plein (8a, 8b) distincts sont destinés à chaque phase à séparer, leur section transversale et/ou la hauteur de retenue de ces orifices étant fonction des propriétés physiques du liquide de manière à obtenir une distribution homogène des liquides après la séparation de phases prédéterminée.
