According to the invention, a method and a device for explosion forming a tubular workpiece, which comprises a multi-piece shaping tool (1) which almost completely surrounds the workpiece when in the closed state and which is provided with a stopper (10) in the region of at least one end of the shaping tool (1), may be improved such that the tubular workpiece can be shaped in a simple and economical manner requiring fewer individual working steps. The above is achieved by a method and a device for explosion forming, wherein a sealing between the forming tool (1) and the stopper (10) is formed when the stopper (10) is used. The end of the workpiece is tensed and deformed between the stopper (10) and the shaping tool (1).
L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif permettant de former une pièce tubulaire par explosion. Ledit procédé comprend un outil de formage (1) en plusieurs parties, qui renferme, à l'état fermé, approximativement entièrement la pièce. Il est prévu, dans la zone d'au moins une extrémité de l'outil de formage (1), un tampon. L'invention vise à améliorer le procédé et le dispositif, de sorte qu'il soit possible de former une pièce tubulaire, de manière aisée, en moins d'étapes de traitements individuels et par conséquent le plus économiquement possible. A cet effet, il est prévu un procédé et un dispositif de formage par explosion, selon lesquels, lorsque le tampon (10) est mis en place, il s'effectue une étanchéité entre l'outil de formage (1) et le tampon (10), l'extrémité de la pièce étant maintenue serrée entre le tampon (10) et l'outil de formage (1) et étant soumise au formage.
