The invention discloses a device for filtering (1) internal combustion engine exhaust gases, comprising an electrostatic filtering chamber (10) equipped with electrostatic filtering means (20), a line (13) for supplying gases into the chamber (10), in fluid communication with an inlet (11) of the chamber (10), at one of the ends of the supply line (13), the other end of the supply line (13) being provided with an opening (14) having an inlet orifice adapted to allow the penetration of the exhaust gases and of a flow of ambient air for cooling the exhaust gases. In this device, the means for drawing (16) the exhaust gases and the air flow are mounted downstream of an outlet (12) of the chamber (10), to allow the mixture of air and gases to pass into the said chamber (10) and reject the filtered gases into the environment and a filter for coarse solid particles (19) and droplets derived from the mixture is mounted in the chamber (10), upstream of the electrostatic filtering means (20).
L'invention concerne un dispositif de filtration (1) des gaz d'échappement d'un moteur à combustion interne, comportant une chambre de filtration (10) électrostatique équipée de moyens de filtration électrostatique (20), une ligne d'amenée (13) des gaz dans la chambre (10), raccordée fluidiquement à une entrée (11) de la chambre (10), à l'une des extrémités de la ligne d'amenée (13), l'autre extrémité de la ligne d'amenée (13) étant pourvue d'une embouchure (14) dont l'orifice d'entrée est adapté à permettre la pénétration des gaz d'échappement ainsi que d'un flux d'air ambiant de refroidissement des gaz d'échappement, dans lequel des moyens d'aspiration (16) des gaz d'échappement et du flux d'air sont montés en aval d'une sortie (12) de la chambre (10), pour faire passer le mélange de gaz et d'air dans ladite chambre (10) et rejeter des gaz filtrés dans le milieu ambiant et un filtre à particules (19) solides grossières et à gouttelettes provenant du mélange est monté dans la chambre (10), en amont des moyens de filtration électrostatique (20).
