ABSTRACT This invention relates to a device (1) for imparting an orbital motion to a wheeled carriage, a cot, or the like, such orbital motion being soothing to a baby. The device comprises a housing having an upper section (3) and a lower section (2). The upper section (3) is provided with molded sections (13) adapted to receive wheels of the carriage, cot or the like, and the lower section (2) is provided on a substantially flat surface.
