The invention relates to a tank (1) with open top, into which cell material in a tissue medium and/or a liquid can be placed. The device comprises a separator in the form of a stamp comprising a flat-shaped separating disk (2), the ring edge of which is sealed water-proof to the inner walls of the tank and presents at least one passage covered by a membrane (5). The separating disk can be inserted from above into the tank (1) so that it can put under pressure said cell material together with the tissue medium and/or the liquid and activate the cell material by rotation by exerting shear forces. The cells and/or cell envelopes go through the pores of the membrane filter (5), while tissue residues are retained.

La présente invention porte sur un réceptacle (1) ouvert en haut, dans lequel peut être introduite la matière cellulaire se trouvant dans une enveloppe tissulaire et/ou un liquide. Le dispositif prévoit un système de séparation en forme de tampon, comprenant un disque-séparateur (2) de conception plane, dont la bordure circonférentielle est jointive avec les parois internes du réceptacle au sens que la jonction est étanche et présente au moins un passage recouvert d'une membrane (5).
