A technology for measuring an air permeability which can avoid, by using pure water in place of oil as a sealing liquid, adverse effects by oil mist and can accurately measure an air permeability by identifying variations in vapor concentration to be caused by using water. A device for measuring an air permeability installed in a constant temperature/humidity room, wherein an air chamber (22) is formed inside an inner tube (2) with the inner tube fitted in an outer tube (1) storing a sealing liquid, a sample clamping unit (5) is provided between an air passage (3) extending from the air chamber through the bottom of the outer tube and an exhaust passage (42) facing the air passage, pure water (W) is used as the sealing liquid, and a temperature/humidity measuring unit (6) and an air supply port (7) opened/closed by a solenoid valve (71) are provided in the vicinity of the sample clamping unit in the air passage.
Cette invention a trait à une méthode de mesure de la perméabilité à l'air permettant d'éviter, du fait de l'utilisation d'eau pure au lieu d'huile comme liquide d'étanchéité, la survenue d'effets préjudiciables dus à une dispersion d'huile, et permettant de mesurer avec précision une perméabilité à l'air par détermination des variations en matière de concentration en vapeur d'eau causée par une utilisation d'eau. Ce dispositif de mesure de la perméabilité à l'air, qui est installé dans une pièce à température et humidité constantes, comprend une enceinte à air (22) formée dans un tube interne (2) monté dans un tube externe (1) stockant un liquide d'étanchéité ainsi qu'un mécanisme de fixation d'échantillon (5) installé entre un conduit d'air (3), partant de l'enceinte à air par le fond du tube externe, et un passage d'évacuation (42) faisant face au conduit d'air. On utilise de l'eau pure (W) comme liquide d'étanchéité. Un poste de mesure (6) et un orifice d'alimentation en air (7) ouvert et fermé par une électrovanne (71), sont placés au voisinage du poste de fixation d'échantillon dans le conduit d'air.
