The device is used for monitoring the drive movement and the accuracy with which the striking surface (16) of a golf club hits a golf ball. It comprises a plate- shaped sensor (18), which can be fastened to the striking surface (16) and by which the point of impact can be located. The sensor (18) is connected by way of signal lines (26) to a measurement and computation circuit (30), which can be detachably fastened to the shaft (12) or the back of the head of the golf club, and which together with a yaw rate sensor (65) and an electrical voltage source is mounted in a housing (28) and during each strike carries out a measurement operation in order to determine coordinates of the point of impact relative to the position of a predetermined reference point (22). A radio module (34) connected to the measurement and computation circuit (30) transmits the measurement results of both sensors (18, 65) to an evaluation unit (36) in the form of a mobile phone or the like for the program-controlled evaluation and display of the measurement results on the screen (40) thereof.
Le dispositif selon l'invention sert à contrôler le mouvement de swing et la précision avec laquelle la surface de frappe (16) d'un club de golf frappe une balle de golf. Ce dispositif comporte un capteur (18) en forme de plaque qui se fixe sur la surface de frappe (16) et au moyen duquel il est possible de localiser le point d'impact. Ce capteur (18) est relié, par l'intermédiaire de lignes d'acheminement de signaux (26), à un circuit de mesure et de calcul (30) qui se fixe amovible sur le manche (12) ou sur la face postérieure de la tête du club de golf et qui est monté dans un boîtier (28) conjointement avec un capteur de vitesse de rotation (65) et une source de tension électrique, ce circuit effectuant à chaque frappe une procédure de mesure destinée à déterminer les coordonnées du point d'impact par rapport à la position d'un point de référence (22) prédéfini. Un module radio (34) relié au circuit de mesure et de calcul (30) transmet les résultats de mesure des deux capteurs (18, 65) à un appareil d'évaluation (36) du type téléphone portable ou analogue en vue d'une évaluation commandée par programme et de l'affichage des résultats de mesure sur l'écran (40) de cet appareil.
