The invention relates to a device for optimizing the exhaust gas burn-out rate in incinerating plants with a fixed-bed burn-out area and an exhaust gas burn- out area, said device comprising several controllable nozzles, for injecting an oxygen-containing secondary gas into an active region of the exhaust gas burn-out area. The aim of the invention is to provide a device and a corresponding method, for optimizing the exhaust gas burn-out rate, which ensure a complete burning out even in transient incineration processes with a minimum amount of secondary gas. Said aim is achieved, whereby means for the selective determination of individual incompletely-burned gas components in the active region and the conversion thereof into signals as well as a control unit are provided, said control unit converting the signals into control instructions for each of said controllable nozzles for a targeted injection of secondary gas.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour optimiser le degré de combustion des gaz d'échappement dans des installations de combustion comprenant une zone de combustion à lit fixe et une zone de combustion de gaz d'échappement, le dispositif comprenant plusieurs buses réglables destinées à introduire un gaz secondaire contenant de l'oxygène, dans une partie active de la zone de combustion de gaz d'échappement. L'invention a pour objet de mettre à disposition un dispositif et un procédé associé pour optimiser le degré de combustion des gaz d'échappement, qui permettent de garantir une combustion complète, même pour des gaz de combustion turbulents, avec un minimum de gaz secondaires. A cet effet, des moyens servent à détecter de façon sélective des composantes gazeuses individuelles qui n'ont pas été entièrement brûlées, dans la zone active, et à les convertir en signaux, et une unité de commande convertit les signaux en ordres de commande destinés à chacune des buses réglables pour qu'elles introduisent le gaz secondaire de manière ciblée.
