Disclosed is a device for polishing an optical surface, particularly a surface (16) of a spectacle lens (12). A polishing head (20) is provided with a polishing tool (22) comprising a first, preferably rigid body (24), a second, elastic body (26), and a polishing coating (28) which are disposed one behind another along a common axis (36) and extend essentially in a radial direction in relation to said axis (36), respectively. The second body (26) is embodied in an increasingly soft manner towards the outside in a radial direction (h; x, y). Also disclosed are a method for polishing an optical surface, particularly a surface (16) of a spectacle lens (12), an optical component, especially a spectacle lens (12), which is produced according to said method, and a method for producing a polishing tool (20).
La présente invention concerne un dispositif qui sert à polir une surface optique, notamment la surface (16) d'un verre de lunettes (12). Une tête de polissage (20) est dotée d'un outil de polissage (22) qui présente successivement le long d'un axe commun (36), un premier corps de préférence rigide (24), un second corps élastique (26), et un revêtement de polissage (28), ceux-ci étant disposés respectivement de façon sensiblement radiale par rapport à l'axe (36). Le second corps (26) a une souplesse qui augmente vers l'extérieur dans la direction radiale (h; x, y). L'invention a également pour objet un procédé pour polir une surface optique, notamment la surface (16) d'un verre de lunettes (12), un composant optique réalisé grâce à ce procédé, en particulier un verre de lunettes (12), ainsi qu'un procédé pour réaliser un outil de polissage (20).
