The invention relates to a device for positioning separately supplied elongate meat products, comprising: two driven endless aligning conveyors running with the transport paths substantially parallel to each other, which transport paths together form a support for the meat products for transporting such that, at the position where the transport paths are mutually adjacent, they are in a lower position than when at a greater mutual distance. The invention also relates to a method for positioning separately supplied elongate meat products.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de positionnement de produits carnés de forme allongée fournis séparément. En l'occurrence, l'invention comprend deux bandes transporteuses d'alignement motorisées, montées en boucle, aux chemins de transport sensiblement parallèles entre eux. L'ensemble de ces chemins de transport, qui sert de support aux produits carnés, permet de les transporter de façon qu'au point où les chemins de transport sont adjacents l'un de l'autre, leur position soit plus basse que lorsqu'ils sont plus écartés l'un de l'autre. L'invention concerne également un procédé de positionnement de produits carnés de forme allongée fournis séparément.
