The invention concerns a device for preventing female stress incontinence designed to be arranged in the vagina, comprising a proximal part (12) extending between a free end and a second end, configured to be undeformable under pressure and to be placed in the suburethral region of the vagina, and a distal part (14) extending the second end of the proximal part (12), made of a material reversibly deformable under pressure, and designed to be placed in the subvesical region of the vagina. The invention is characterized in that the distal part (14) delimits a closed outline which receives the weight of the bladder and transforms same into an ascending force acting on the urethra.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de prévention de l'incontinence urinaire féminine à l'effort destiné à être disposé dans le vagin, qui comporte une partie proximale (12) s ' étendant entre une première extrémité libre et une deuxième extrémité, réalisée de manière à être indéformable sous pression et destinée à être placée dans la zone sous- urétrale du vagin, et une partie distale (14) prolongeant la deuxième extrémité de la partie proximale (12) , réalisée dans un matériau déformable sous pression de manière réversible, et destinée à être placée dans la zone sous-vésicale du vagin. Selon l'invention, la partie distale (14) délimite un contour fermé qui reçoit le poids de la vessie et le transforme en une force ascendante agissant sur l'urètre.
