The invention relates to a device for producing a flat dough product topped with various toppings (94,96), especially a pizza (90). Said device comprises a plurality of topping dispensing devices (8,9,59,62,63) and at least one mobile positioning device (30) that is vertically arranged beneath a plane defined by the topping dispensing devices and with which a dough carrier (39, 40) is associated, said dough carrier being mounted in a preferably rotary manner. The positioning device (30) is driven by a drive device (5), in order to position the dough carrier (39, 40) beneath a respective topping dispensing device (8, 9, 59, 62, 63) for the dispensing of the toppings. According to the invention, the topping dispensing devices (8,9,59,62,63) are distributed along two orthogonal spatial directions (x,y) according to a matrix arrangement (6,7), and the positioning device (30) is embodied in such a way as to position the dough carrier (39,40) in the two orthogonal spatial directions (x,y) according to the matrix arrangement. In this way, the topping dispensing devices are passively driven by rotation of the dough carrier and/or by means of the lifting device for the dispensing of the toppings.
L'invention concerne un système pour produire un produit plat à base de pâte garni de différentes garnitures (94, 96), en particulier une pizza (90), ce système comprenant une pluralité de dispositifs de distribution de garniture (8, 9, 59, 62, 63) et au moins un dispositif de positionnement (30) mobile qui est situé verticalement en-dessous d'un plan défini par les dispositifs de distribution de garniture et auquel est associé un support de pâte (39, 40) monté de préférence rotatif. Le dispositif de positionnement (30) est entraîné par un dispositif d'entraînement (5) pour positionner le support de pâte (39, 40) sous l'un des dispositifs de distribution de garniture (8, 9, 59, 62, 63) en vue de la distribution de garniture. Selon l'invention, les dispositifs de distribution de garniture (8, 9, 59, 62, 63) sont répartis le long de deux directions spatiales perpendiculaires (x, y) selon une disposition en réseau (6, 7), le dispositif de positionnement (30) étant conçu pour positionner le support de pâte (39, 40) dans les deux directions spatiales perpendiculaires (x, y) conformément à la disposition en réseau. Les dispositifs de distribution de garniture sont ainsi entraînés de manière passive par rotation du support de pâte et/ou au moyen du dispositif élévateur en vue de la distribution de garniture.
