A device for producing container blanks (2) from a material web (3), comprising a plurality of tools (5) supported by a rotary tool holder (4). The tool holder (4) is on rotation arranged to move each tool (5) along a working path (WP) along which each tool (5) is engageable with the material web (3) for joining of opposite wall portions of the material web (3) along connecting portions (11), and a return path (RP) along which each tool (5) is disengageable from the material web (3). Each tool (5) is arranged to be moved together with the material web (3) when the tool (5) is moved along said working path (WP) and said tool holder (4) acts as a deflecting means for the material web (3) when this moves together with the respective tools (5) along said working path (WP). The present invention also relates to a corresponding method for producing container blanks.
L'invention concerne un dispositif destiné à produire des ébauches de récipient (2) à partir d'une bande de matière (3), comprenant plusieurs outils (5) supportés par un support d'outil rotatif (4). Le support d'outil (4) est en rotation de manière à déplacer chaque outil (5) le long d'un trajet de travail (WP) le long duquel chaque outil (5) peut être couplé à la toile de matière (3) en vue de relier les parties de paroi opposées de la bande de matière (3) aux parties de connexion (11), et un trajet de retour (RP) le long duquel chaque outil (5) peut être découplé de la bande de matière (3).
