Device and method for removing the core of a plant. This device consists of a tubular part which does not form a completely round circle, but only extends over approximately 180° (i.e. semi-circular arch). This tubular part is provided with a cutting section at one free end, thus making it possible to remove a core part of a plant. On the opposite end, the device is provided with a cutting section which does form a complete continuous circle, thus making it possible to remove an entire core of a plant such as lettuce.
La présente invention vise un dispositif et un procédé servant à enlever le coer d'un produit végétal. Le dispositif ci-décrit se compose d'une partie tubulaire qui ne constitue pas un cercle totalement rond, mais qui se prolonge sur environ 180° (une arche semi-circulaire). Cette partie tubulaire est dotée d'une section coupante au niveau d'une extrémité libre, ce qui permet de retirer une partie du coer d'un produit végétal. À l'extrémité opposée, le dispositif est doté d'une section coupante qui, en revanche, forme un cercle entièrement continu, ce qui permet de retirer tout le coer d'un produit végétal, une laitue par exemple.
