The invention relates to a device and method for screwing screw stoppers into threaded flanges preferably fitted to receptacles, comprising a feeding device (5) for stocking and feeding screw stoppers (6), a pick-up and holding device (8) for the screw stoppers which can be actively actuated, a centering device (14) for positioning the pick-up and holding device in relation to the threaded flange (3) of the receptacle (2), and a rotating device (17) for screwing the screw stoppers into the threaded flanges. The invention is characterized in that the centering device (14) is kinematically coupled to the pick-up and holding device (8) and by means of a centre gripper (15), grasps the threaded flange (3) and positions it actively in relation to the pick-up and holding device, and that the pick-up and holding device is mounted in such a way that it is axially, radially and angularly movable in relation to the threaded flange axis and can be positioned in relation to the said flange. Once the threaded flange has been positioned, the pick-up and holding device can move only axially in the direction of the threaded flange grasped by the centering device. The pick-up and holding device grasps the screw stopper (6) in a centred manner on its outer side and the rotating device inserts the screw stopper axially into the threaded flange by means of a rotating movement.
L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé permettant de visser des bouchons filetés dans des brides filetées, de préférence, équipant des contenants. Ce dispositif comprend un dispositif d'alimentation (5) destiné à l'approvisionnement et à l'alimentation en bouchons filetés (6), un dispositif de prise et de maintien (8) pouvant être actionné activement et destiné aux bouchons filetés, un dispositif de centrage (14) permettant de positionner le dispositif de prise et de maintien par rapport à la bride filetée (3) du contenant (2) et un dispositif de rotation (17) permettant de visser les bouchons filetés dans les brides filetées. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de centrage (14), cinématiquement articulé sur le dispositif de prise et de maintien (8), enserre la bride filetée au moyen d'un organe préhenseur de centrage et positionne la bride filetée (3) de façon active par rapport au dispositif de prise et de maintien. Le dispositif de prise et de maintien est logé mobile tant en direction axiale que radiale et angulaire par rapport à l'axe de la bride filetée et peut être positionné par rapport à la bride. Une fois la bride filetée positionnée, le dispositif de prise et de maintien se déplace exclusivement axialement vers la bride filetée enserrée par l'unité de centrage, le dispositif de prise et de maintien saisissant le bouchon fileté (6) par ses faces extérieures de façon centrée. Et enfin, le dispositif de rotation insère le bouchon fileté axialement dans la bride filetée par rotation.
