A device and a method for the adjustment of a temperature of a liquid which is contained in a sample vessel (11, ..., 18) are specified, a control unit (1) and a tempering unit (2) being provided, which acts on the liquid contained in the sample vessel (11, ..., 18). Furthermore, the control unit (1) is operationally connected to the temperature adjustment unit (2). The invention is characterized in that the liquid to be analyzed contains absorption elements in order to accelerate the temperature adjustment in the liquid to be analyzed. By the device according to the present invention, a quick temperature adjustment is obtained in the liquid to be analyzed. Thereby, the through put of samples per time unit can be increased accordingly.

Un dispositif et une méthode permettant le réglage de la température d'un liquide qui est contenu dans un récipient d'échantillon (11, ...,18) sont décrits, disposant d'une unité de commande (1) et d'une unité de réglage de la température(2), qui agit sur le liquide contenu dans le récipient de l'échantillon (11, ..., 18). Par ailleurs, l'unité de commande (1) est reliée de manière fonctionnelle à l'unité de réglage de la température (2). L'invention se caractérise en ce que le liquide à analyser contient des éléments d'absorption visant à accélérer le réglage de la température dans le liquide à analyser.
