The invention relates to a device and a method for assembling oriented objects, such as parts of a pipeline. Said device comprises means for rotational displacement about a rotational axis (5) of a first and a second base (1, 2). The first base (1) has a first main axis (6) which is perpendicular to the rotational axis (5) and comprises first means for supporting (7) objects that can be displaced in translation along the first main axis (6). The second base (2) has a second main axis (9) which is perpendicular to the rotational axis (5) and comprises second means for supporting (10) objects and a revolving plate device (14) for supporting and orienting one of the objects in an angular manner. Said revolving plate device (14) can be displaced in translation in relation to the second supporting means (10) along the second main axis (9). Visualisation means enable at least the rotational angle of the plate (15) and the position of the second base (2) to be visualised.
L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé pour l'assemblage d'objets orientés, tels que des pièces d'une tuyauterie. Le dispositif comprend des moyens de déplacement en rotation autour d'un axe de rotation (5) d'une première et deuxième embases (1, 2). La première embase (1) présente un premier axe principal (6) perpendiculaire à l'axe de rotation (5) et comprend des premiers moyens de support (7) des objets qui sont mobiles en translation le long de ce premier axe principal (6), La deuxième embase (2) présente un deuxième axe principal (9) perpendiculaire à l'axe de rotation (5) et comprend des deuxièmes moyens de support (10) des objets et un dispositif à plateau tournant (14) destiné à supporter et orienter angulairement un de ces objets. Le dispositif à plateau tournant (14) est mobile en translation par rapport aux deuxièmes moyens de support (10) le long du deuxième axe principal (9). Des moyens de visualisation permettent de visualiser au moins l'angle de rotation du plateau (15) et la position de la deuxième embase (2).
