Device for the protection of electric lines which comprises: processing means; power supply means; voltage measurement means; means of alert; and switching means which alternatively send the line's own current through a main branch (which comprises the remaining components) or through a branch line; and method for the protection of electric lines by means of the device in accordance with the invention, which comprises: normal operating mode - safety element in perfect condition and inactive protection device; boundary anomalous operating mode - the intensity circulating through the safety element surpasses a caution threshold and the protection device signals said condition; and line verification anomalous operating mode - after failure of the safety element, all the current flows through the protection device and the protection device detects, signals, and analyses said condition.
La présente invention a trait à un dispositif pour la protection de lignes électriques comportant : des moyens de traitement ; des moyens d'alimentation ; des moyens de mesure de tension ; des moyens d'avertissement ; et des moyens de commutation, qui en alternance envoient le courant propre de la ligne à travers une branche principale (comprenant les autres composants) ou à travers une ligne secondaire ; et à un procédé pour la protection de lignes électriques au moyen du dispositif selon l'invention, comprenant : le mode de fonctionnement normal : l'élément de sécurité en parfaite condition et le dispositif de protection inactif ; le mode de fonctionnement anormal limite : le dépassement de l'intensité de circulation dans l'élément de sécurité d'un seuil d'avertissement et le dispositif de protection signale ladite condition; et le mode de fonctionnement anormal de vérification de ligne : suite à la défaillance de l'élément de sécurité, le courant entier circule dans le dispositif de protection et le dispositif de protection détecte, signale et analyse ladite condition.
