The invention relates to a device for the surface peening, especially ultrasonic shot-peening of a component (rotor blade 14) of a gas turbine. Said device comprises at least one vibration device (44, 46) having a surface (48, 50) that impinges the blasting material, and a holding device (34) which allows a surface area (40, 42) of the component (14) and the surface (48, 50) of the vibration device (44, 46) to be arranged in relation to each other, the surface (48, 50) of the at least one vibration device (44, 46) being adjustable in its angular position relative to the surface area (40, 42) of the component (14) of the gas turbine. The invention also relates to a method for adjusting the angular position of the surface (48, 50) of the at least one vibration device (44, 46) relative to the surface area (40, 42) of the component (14).
L'invention concerne un dispositif pour le grenaillage, notamment pour le grenaillage par ultrasons, de la surface d'une pièce (aube de rotor 14) d'une turbine à gaz. Le dispositif selon l'invention comprend au moins un dispositif vibratoire (44, 46) présentant une surface (48, 50) sollicitant la grenaille, ainsi qu'un dispositif de maintien (34) servant à agencer une zone de surface (40, 42) de la pièce et la surface (48, 50) du dispositif vibratoire (44, 46) l'une par rapport à l'autre. Le dispositif selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce qu'on peut ajuster la position angulaire de la surface (48, 50) du dispositif vibratoire (44, 46) par rapport à la zone de surface (40, 42) de la pièce (14) de la turbine à gaz. L'invention concerne également un procédé selon lequel on ajuste la position angulaire de la surface (48, 50) du dispositif vibratoire (44, 46) par rapport à la zone de surface (40, 42) de la pièce (14).
