A sample acquiring device for volumetric enumeration of thrombocytes in a blood sample comprises a measurement cavity for receiving a blood sample. The measurement cavity has a predetermined fixed thickness. The sample acquiring device further comprises a reagent, which is arranged in a dried form on a surface defining the measurement cavity. The reagent comprises a haemolysing agent for lysing red blood cells in the blood sample, and optionally a staining agent for selectively staining thrombocytes in the blood sample. A system comprises the sample acquiring device and a measurement apparatus. The measurement apparatus comprises a sample acquiring device holder, a light source, and an imaging system for acquiring a digital image of a magnification of the sample. The measurement apparatus further comprises an image analyser arranged to analyse the acquired digital image for determining the number of thrombocytes in the blood sample.
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'acquisition d'échantillon destiné à effectuer une numération volumétrique de thrombocytes dans un échantillon sanguin. Ce dispositif comprend une cavité de mesure destinée à recevoir un échantillon sanguin. Cette cavité de mesure présente une épaisseur fixe prédéterminée. Le dispositif d'acquisition d'échantillon de l'invention comprend également un réactif qui se présente sous forme sèche sur une surface définissant la cavité de mesure. Le réactif comprend un agent hémolysant destiné à lyser des hématies de l'échantillon sanguin, et éventuellement un agent colorant destiné à colorer sélectivement des thrombocytes de l'échantillon sanguin. L'invention concerne un système comprenant le dispositif d'acquisition d'échantillon et un d'appareil de mesure. L'appareil de mesure comprend un support de dispositif d'acquisition d'échantillon, une source lumineuse et un système d'imagerie destiné à acquérir une image numérique d'un agrandissement de l'échantillon. L'appareil de mesure comprend également un analyseur d'images conçu pour analyser l'image numérique acquise pour déterminer le nombre de thrombocytes de l'échantillon sanguin.
