The invention concerns a device to conduct an electrochemical reaction on the surface of a semiconductor substrate (S), characterized in that the device comprises: - a container (10) intend-ed to contain an electrolyte (E), - a support (20) ar-ranged in the container, said support being adapted for attachment of the semiconductor substrate (S) on said support (20), - a counter-electrode (30) ar-ranged in the container (10), - illumination means (50) comprising a source (51 ) emitting light rays and means (52) to homogenize the light rays on all of said surface of the semiconductor substrate (S), so as to activate the surface of the semiconductor substrate (S), and - an electric supply (40) compris-ing connection means for connection to the semi-conductor substrate and to the counter-electrode in order to polarize said surface of said semiconductor substrate (S) at an electric potential permitting the electrochemical reaction. The invention also con-cerns the method to conduct an electrochemical re-action on a surface of a corresponding semiconduc-tor substrate.
L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de réaliser une réaction électrochimique sur la surface d'un substrat semi-conducteur (S), le dispositif étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : - un récipient (10) destiné à contenir un électrolyte (E), - un support (20) disposé dans le récipient, ledit support étant conçu pour être fixé sur le substrat semi-conducteur (S) sur ledit support (20), - une contre-électrode (30) disposée dans le récipient (10), - des moyens d'éclairage (50) comprenant une source (51) émettant des rayons lumineux et des moyens (52) pour homogénéiser les rayons lumineux sur la totalité de ladite surface du substrat semi-conducteur (S), de façon à activer la surface du substrat semi-conducteur (S), et - une alimentation électrique (40) comprenant des moyens pour la connexion au substrat semi-conducteur et à la contre-électrode dans le but de polariser ladite surface dudit substrat semi-conducteur (S) à un potentiel électrique permettant la réaction électrochimique. L'invention concerne également le procédé permettant de réaliser une réaction électrochimique sur une surface d'un substrat semi-conducteur correspondant.
