The invention relates to a method and an equipment to establish both telephone and digital communication through an interface between a subscriber unit (1) and a Local Exchange (LE) on a telecommunication line intended for digital traffic, for instance an ISDN-line. For the telephone communication, the subscriber unit (1, 3, 4) and the Local Exchange (LE) are communicating by transmitting packages according to a protocol comprising PSTN speech communication together with at least service functions through an interface between the subscriber unit and the Local Exchange.
La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé et à un dispositif permettant d'établir à la fois une communication téléphonique et une communication numérique, par l'intermédiaire d'une interface, entre une unité d'abonné (1) et un central local (LE) sur une ligne de télécommunications destinée à un trafic numérique, par exemple une ligne de réseau RNIS. En ce qui concerne la communication téléphonique, l'unité d'abonné (1, 3, 4) et le central local (LE) communiquent par transfert de paquets selon un protocole comportant une fonction de communication de la parole du RTPC associée au minimum à des fonctions de service par l'intermédiaire d'une interface entre l'unité d'abonné et le central local.
