A plurality of microwells extend downwardly from the upper plane. Each of the microwells comprisesan axis extending perpendicularly to the upper plane. Each of the microwells comprises a sidewall. The sidewall of at least one of the microwells has at least one wall component extending inwardly towards the axis.
