The present invention relates to a device and process for brewing drinks. The device comprises a brewing chamber capable of accommodating a package containing products to be brewed, said chamber comprising two parts configured so as to be moved towards or away from each other to close or open, respectively, the brewing chamber, and package arresting means capable of applying themselves around the perimeter of the package once introduced into the brewing chamber. According to the invention, the device is such that one of the parts of the brewing chamber is mobile, allowing it to move the package past the arresting means by deforming the perimeter of the package. Applicable to espresso type coffee machines.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif ainsi qu'un procédé pour la production de boissons par infusion. Ce dispositif comporte une chambre d'infusion apte à recevoir un conditionnement de produits à infuser ladite chambre comportant deux parties configurées pour être rapprochées ou éloignées respectivement pour fermer ou ouvrir la chambre d'infusion ainsi que des moyens d'arrêt du conditionnement apte à s'appliquer sur le pourtour du conditionnement dans une position introduite dans la chambre d'infusion. Selon l'invention, le dispositif est tel que l'une des parties de la chambre d'infusion a une mobilité apte à faire passer le conditionnement au-delà des moyens d'arrêt par déformation du pourtour du conditionnement.
