Preform for producing containers (90) comprising a neck section (8), a wall section (6) and a bottom section (7), which is composed of a multilayer structure comprising three layers, the one of which (1) is directed inwardly respective the preform and is composed of a primary material (PM) thereby forming a primary basis layer (1 ). Said primary material consists of a synthetic material. A further layer (3) is directed outwardly with respect to said primary layer (1), in such a way that it forms the outer surface layer (3) of the preform, thereby consisting of a tertiary material (TM) forming a tertiary surface layer (3). Said tertiary layer is composed of a further synthetic material. Said preform is remarkable in that an intermediate layer (2) is provided between the primary and tertiary layers (1, 3) which is composed of a secondary material (SM) consisting of a fluid. Process and device for manufacturing said preform.
L'invention concerne une préforme destinée à la fabrication de récipients (90) qui comprend une partie goulot (8), une partie paroi (6) et une partie fond (7), qui est composée d'une structure multicouches comprenant trois couches dont une (1) est orientée vers l'intérieur par rapport à la préforme et est composée d'un matériau primaire (PM) de manière à former une couche de base primaire (1). Ce matériau primaire est constitué d'un matériau synthétique. Une couche suivante (3) est orientée vers l'extérieur par rapport à la couche primaire (1), de manière à former une couche de surface externe (3) de la préforme, de façon à constituer un matériau tertiaire (TM) formant une couche de surface tertiaire (3). Cette couche de surface tertiaire est composée d'un autre matériau synthétique. La préforme se distingue en ce qu'une couche intermédiaire (2) est disposée entre les couches primaire et tertiaire (1, 3), constituée d'un matériau secondaire (SM) constitué d'un fluide. L'invention concerne également un processus de fabrication de cette préforme.
