The invention relates to a medical device connector for transmission of fluids in fluidic systems, the connector comprising a tubular engagement section having a stabilisation part, and a securing part comprising a soft flexible first material, which when in use sealingly secures engagement with an insert, wherein the combination of the stabilisation part and the securing part provides that said engagement section is more stabile in a longitudinal direction than in a radial direction and that said engagement section is more flexible in the radial direction than in the longitudinal direction. The medical device connector may e.g. be part of a medical bag for fluids, e.g. a urine bag. The medical device connector may further be part of a medical collection system for fluids.
La présente invention concerne un connecteur de dispositif médical pour la transmission de fluides dans des systèmes fluidiques, le connecteur comprenant une partie d'emboîtement tubulaire comportant une partie de stabilisation, et une partie de fixation comprenant un premier matériau souple mou, qui, lors de l'utilisation, fixe de manière étanche un emboîtement avec un insert. La combinaison de la partie de stabilisation et de la partie de fixation fait que ladite partie d'emboîtement est plus stable dans un sens longitudinal que dans un sens radial et que ladite partie d'emboîtement est plus souple dans le sens radial que dans le sens longitudinal. Le connecteur du dispositif médical peut par exemple faire partie d'une poche médicale pour des fluides, par exemple une poche à urine. Le connecteur de dispositif médical peut en outre faire partie d'un système médical de collecte de fluides.
