There is described a device for machining apparatus (2) arranged for machining of a portion of a casing (12) positioned in a wellbore (1), wherein a return fluid conduit (23) extends from the machining apparatus (2) in a direction toward a deposit area (13) arranged in the wellbore (1). Also described is a method for machining of a portion of a casing (12) positioned in a wellbore (1), wherein the method comprises the steps of: - arranging a return fluid conduit (23) between a machining apparatus (2) and a deposit area (13) or an area connected to the deposit area (13), - providing a particle carrying liquid flow (M) in a direction from the machining apparatus (2) and toward the deposit area (13), - during the machining of the casing (12) leading metal shavings (122) into the liquid flow (M), - directing the liquid flow (M) into the return fluid conduit (23), as the metal shavings (122) are held back and deposited in the wellbore (1).
L'invention porte sur un dispositif pour un appareil d'usinage (2) configuré pour usiner une partie d'un tubage (12) positionné dans un puits de forage (1), ledit dispositif comprenant un conduit de retour de fluide (23) s'étendant de l'appareil d'usinage (2) vers une zone de dépôt (13) disposée dans le puits de forage (1). L'invention porte également sur un procédé pour l'usinage d'une partie d'un tubage (12) positionnée dans un puits de forage (1), lequel procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : disposer un conduit de retour de fluide (23) entre un appareil d'usinage (2) et une zone de dépôt (13) ou une zone reliée à la zone de dépôt (13), créer un flux de liquide transporteur de particules (M) de l'appareil d'usinage (2) vers la zone de dépôt (13), durant l'usinage du tubage (12), guider les copeaux métalliques (122) dans le flux de liquide (M), diriger le flux de liquide (M) dans le conduit de retour de fluide (23), tandis que les copeaux métalliques (122) sont retenus et déposés dans le puits de forage (1).
