The device for achieving an upper anchoring of a prefabricated staircase (2) for a swimming pool is characterized in that it comprises at least one element (4) with a shaped section acting as a chute for casting concrete, wherein said element (s) (4) cooperate with support means which can be coupled to the staircase and to ground support poles (5) or the elements (4) can surround the upper part of the outer surface of the staircase (2).
