The invention relates to a device for adjusting the length of a flexible link (1, 2) based on the traction exerted on the link, said continuous link extending through the device between two substantially opposite inlet/outlet ends. According to the invention, the device includes means for forming at least one link loop, the span of which can vary according to the traction. At least one return means (7) can increase the span of the loop up to a predetermined maximum in the absence of any traction on the link, corresponding to a decrease in the exposed length of the link on which the device is provided, while traction leads to a decrease in the loop span down to a predetermined minimum corresponding to an increase in the exposed length of the link on which the device is provided. The invention also relates to devices with S-shaped or omega-shaped loops and to a comfort housing for a harness strap.
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'ajustement de la longueur d'un lien (1, 2) souple en fonction de la traction exercée sur ledit lien, ledit lien continu traversant le dispositif entre deux extrémités d'entrée/sortie sensiblement opposées dudit dispositif. Selon l'invention, le dispositif comporte des moyens pour réaliser au moins une boucle de lien dont l'étendue peut varier en fonction de la traction, au moins un moyen de rappel (7) tendant à augmenter l'étendue de ladite boucle jusqu'à un maximum prédéfini en l'absence de traction sur ledit lien et ce qui correspond à une diminution de la longueur apparente du lien sur lequel est placé le dispositif, la traction du lien entraînant une diminution de l'étendue de la boucle jusqu'à un minimum prédéfini et ce qui correspond à un allongement de la longueur apparente du lien sur lequel est placé le dispositif. Des dispositifs à boucle en S ou en oméga sont présentés ainsi qu'un boîtier de confort pour sangle de harnais.
