The invention concerns a device for allocating a resource to a radiocommunication cellular network terminal, each cell of said network being identified by a primary colour and a secondary colour corresponding to transmission frequencies assigned it, namely respectively a set of primary frequencies (FP) and a set of secondary frequencies (FS) whereof the re-use rate is higher than that of the primary frequencies (FP), the terminal being connected to a line station cell (A1). The device having access to a potential interference level (N) affecting said terminal at reception, it allocates said resource to the terminal on a primary frequency (FP) respectively on a secondary frequency (FS) depending on whether said potential interference level (N) is higher respectively lower than the first distribution threshold (S1).

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour allouer une ressource à un terminal dans un réseau cellulaire de radiocommunications, chaque cellule de ce réseau étant identifiée par une couleur primaire et une couleur secondaire qui correspondent aux fréquences d'émission qui lui sont attribuées, à savoir respectivement un jeu de fréquences primaires (FP) et un jeu de fréquences secondaires (FS) dont le taux de réutilisation est plus élevé que celui des fréquences primaires (FP), le terminal étant connecté à une cellule de rattachement (A1). Le dispositif ayant accès à un niveau d'interférences potentiel (N) affectant ce terminal à la réception, il alloue cette ressource au terminal sur une fréquence primaire (FP) respectivement sur une fréquence secondaire (FS) selon que ce niveau d'interférences potentiel (N) est supérieur respectivement inférieur à un premier seuil de répartition (S1).
