The present invention provides a device for and a method of molding for an injection molding machine to enable to reduce variations in weight of resin molded products and obtain stable product quality. Therefore, when the upper mold (15) comes at a specified position, a screw (61) of the injection unit (30) is advanced to start injection of molten resin and, when the screw advances to the specified position, the screw speed is decelerated to the specified speed. In addition, when the screw comes at the predetermined stop position, the screw is stopped and simultaneously the injection rate of molten resin is reduced and the molten resin is kept pressurized until the gate (71) is closed.
