The invention concerns a device for applying a product on keratinous fibres, in particular eyelashes or eyebrows, comprising an application element (3) including a support (8) with a longitudinal axis (X). The invention is characterised in that the application element (3) comprises at least two rows (50) of teeth each comprising at least two teeth (51) separated by a distance less than the spacing between the two rows (50), said rows being each arranged transversely to the longitudinal axis (X) of the support (8).
