A device for applying a tensional force between two vertebrae of the human vertebral column, comprising at least two retaining members adapted to be brought into engagement with associated vertebrae, said members having a throughgoing opening for the accommodation of a threaded rod, and pairs of nuts adapted to be threaded onto said threaded rod in order to fix said retaining members in a desired position on said threaded rod, characterized in that said retaining members are configured as clamping members (10) having two legs (14, 16) which are bendable relative to each other in the plane extending through said threaded rod (26) to embrace a transverse process (22) of a vertebra.
Appareil pour appliquer une force de tension entre deux vertèbres de la colonne vertébrale humaine, composée d'au moins deux éléments de retenue adaptés de manière à être fixés aux vertèbres associées, les dites tiges ayant une ouverture pouvant recevoir une tige filetée et des paires d'écrous pouvant être engagés sur la tige filetée afin de fixer les éléments de retenue en question dans la position voulue sur la tige filetée, se caractérisant par le fait que dans les éléments de retenue sont configurés comme des éléments de serrage (10) ayant deux ailes (14, 16) qui peuvent être pliées l'une par rapport à l'autre dans le plan traversant la tige filetée (26) pour ceinturer un processus transversal (22) d'une vertèbre.
