- 34 - ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Disclosed is a device for atomizing and dispersing a fluid in the form of a high speed dispersion filmy stream toward the environment surrounding the device. The device has a hollow cylindrical fluid barrel element in which a fluid, or fluids, under pressure is ejected so as to turn around an axis of the fluid barrel element, and a fluid dispersing round member defining a small dispersing opening between a conically convexed dispersing surface of the dispersing round member and a complementary end face of the fluid barrel element. The fluid dispersing round member is held by a flexible support structure so that the fluid dispersing round member is hydrodynamically drawn toward the fluid barrel.
