The invention relates to a device (10) for automatically equipping substrates (11) with medical and/or pharmaceutical and/or food supplementing products, comprising at least one store (14) for stocking rolled blister carrier tapes (16) on rolls (15) or similar. Each store (14) comprises at least one receiving place (17) for the rolls (15) and a feeding device (18) for each roller (15) in the store (14) which is used to roll the blister carrier tapes (16) and to guide the rolled blister carrier tapes (16) to a preparation position (19) for the products which are to be packed, and an assembly head (20) which can be controlled by a control (21) for transporting the product from the preparation position (19) to a delivery position on the substrate (11). The invention is characterised in that the device (10) comprises separating means (23) for separating blister sections (24) filled with products from the blister carrier tape (16) and the assembly head (20) is configured for picking up, rotating and for conveying the separated blister sections (24) with the products embodied therein. The invention also relates to a system for automatically producing packaging comprising at least one above-mentioned device.
L'invention concerne un dispositif (10) permettant de garnir automatiquement des substrats (11) avec des produits médicaux et/ou pharmaceutiques et/ou des compléments alimentaires, et comprenant au moins un magasin (14) destiné au stockage de bandes d'emballages-coques (16) enroulées en rouleaux (15) ou équivalents, chaque magasin (14) présentant au moins un logement (17) destiné aux rouleaux (15). Le magasin (14) abrite, pour chaque rouleau (15), respectivement un dispositif d'amenée (18) permettant le déroulement de la bande d'emballages-coques (16) et l'avancement de la bande d'emballages-coques (16) déroulée jusqu'à une position de mise à disposition (19) des produits à emballer. Le dispositif selon l'invention comprend également une tête d'équipement (20) commandée par un dispositif de commande (21) et destinée au transport des produits de la position de mise à disposition (19) jusqu'à une position de délivrance sur le substrat (11). L'invention est caractérisée en ce que le dispositif (10) présente un moyen de séparation (23) permettant de séparer des sections d'emballages-coques (24) remplies de produits de la bande d'emballages-coques (16) et en ce que la tête d'équipement (20) est conçue pour saisir, tourner et céder les sections d'emballages-coques (24) séparées et contenant les produits enfermés. L'invention concerne également une installation de production automatique d'emballages comprenant au moins un dispositif.
