A device compress- ing and processing a mate- rial mat at the manufacture of board of lignocellulosic mate- rial, comprising rotary com- pression rolls. At least on of the compression rolls (2) is formed with a perforated shell surface (6) and an ax- ial duct system (7) located in- side of the shell surface. A slide shoe (8) abuts sealingly the end wall of the roll (2) for injection of the process- ing medium to the mat via the duct system (7) in a restricted sector (9) of the roll (2) where the mat is compressed.

Dispositif servant à comprimer et à traiter un matériau se présentant sous la forme d'un matelas, afin de fabriquer une planche en matériau lignocellulosique. Ce dispositif comprend des rouleaux compresseurs rotatifs, dont au moins un (2) présente une surface perforée (6) et un système de conduit axial (7) placé à l'intérieur de ladite surface. Un sabot coulissant (8) vient en butée de façon étanche contre la paroi d'extrémité du rouleau (2), de manière à injecter le milieu de traitement dans le matelas, par l'intermédiaire du système de conduit (7), dans un secteur limité (9) du rouleau (2) où ledit matelas est comprimé.
