The invention relates to a device for carrying out mechanical, chemical and/or thermal processes in a housing (3) having mixing and cleaning elements (5) on shafts (1, 2), wherein the mixing and cleaning elements (5) of the shafts (1, 2) engage into each other when rotating about the axes thereof and two mixing and cleaning elements (5) are arranged at least on one shaft (1, 2) consecutively in the axial direction in a 180° rotation- symmetrical manner about the axis (A) of the shaft (1, 2). Each mixing and cleaning element (5) comprises a disc element (6) and the disc element (6) has an outer edge (7) running in a radius (r) in an arch segment of approximately 90° or slightly bigger about the axis (A) of the shaft (1, 2) and wherein side edges (8.1, 8,2) abut on both sides toward the shaft (1, 2), wherein one or more bars (9.1, 9.2) sit on the edge (7).
La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour mettre en oeuvre des processus mécaniques, chimiques et/ou thermiques dans un boîtier (3), comprenant des éléments de mélange et de nettoyage (5) montés sur des arbres (1, 2), les éléments de mélange et de nettoyage (5) des arbres (1, 2), lorsque ceux-ci tournent sur leurs axes respectifs, venant en prise l'un dans l'autre et, au moins sur un arbre (1, 2), deux éléments de mélange et de nettoyage (5) respectifs qui se succèdent en direction axiale, étant disposés sur l'arbre (1, 2) l'un par rapport à l'autre avec une symétrie de rotation vis-à-vis de l'axe (A) de cet arbre en formant un angle d'environ 180°. Selon l'invention, les éléments de mélange et de nettoyage (5) se présentent respectivement sous la forme d'une portion de disque (6) et la portion de disque (6) présente une arête marginale (7) extérieure qui s'étend sur un rayon (r) dans un secteur angulaire d'environ 90° ou légèrement supérieur, autour de l'axe (A) de l'arbre (1, 2), et à laquelle se raccorde des arêtes latérales (8.1, 8.2) qui s'étendent des deux côtés en direction de l'arbre (1, 2), une ou plusieurs barres (9.1, 9.2) se trouvant respectivement sur l'arête latérale (7).
