ABSTRACT A one-piece contoured neck brace or support is disclosed which provides semi-rigid support for a user's head and neck by conforming to and contacting the occiput between the ears, the posterior and lateral neck area and the suprascapular region. Resilient foam pads may be secured to the interior of the brace to provide additional support, skin contact, comfort and to further limit movement of the head. The brace may be held in place by a foam collar, incorporated into a pillow or nested with additional brace shells to provide additional rigidity.
