The device proposed includes a channel, with a lower and an upper wall, along which a coin moves, lying on the lower wall, past at least one inductive sensor with a coil (S). The coil (S) is fed with a first current (I1) from a first power or voltage source (19) and with a second current (I2) from a second power or voltage source (21). Between the coil (S) and the first power or voltage source (19) is a capacitative element (C1) connected in such a way that the coil (S) and capacitative element (C1) form an impedance (Z1). The phase difference (1) between the first current (I1) and the voltage across the impedance (Z1) is used as the criterion for acceptance or rejection of the coin.
L'invention concerne un dispositif pour le contrôle de l'authenticité de pièces de monnaie, jetons ou autres objets métalliques plats, ce dispositif renfermant un canal à monnaie doté d'une paroi latérale inférieure et d'une paroi latérale supérieure. Une pièce de monnaie se déplace le long du canal, en prenant appui sur la paroi latérale inférieure, et passe au moins devant un élément de mesure inductif présentant une bobine (S). La bobine (S) est alimentée par un premier courant (I¿1?) d'une première source de courant ou de tension (19), et par un deuxième courant (I¿2?) d'une deuxième source de courant ou de tension (21). Entre la bobine (S) et la première source de courant ou de tension (19) est monté un élément capacitif (C¿1?), de telle sorte que la bobine (S) et l'élément capacitif (C¿1?) forment une impédance (Z¿1?). Le déphasage (?¿1?) entre le premier courant (I¿1?) et la tension à travers l'impédance (Z¿1?) sert de critère pour l'acceptation ou le refus de la pièce de monnaie.
